摘要: 南京大学经过持续深入的创新改革,在原有“三三制”人才培养模式的基础上,进行了总结继承和创新发展,推出了“一核两端三元四维”人才培养新体系。然而,在多年来的“双创”教育实践中,也遇到了一些问题和难点,在2022年度的大学生创新训练项目申报中也呈现出了新态势,针对这种新动向,应该加强多学科融合的“大创”项目和跨学科学生团队的建设,在新文科建设过程中,采取多措并举、文理并重的发展建设模式变得尤为重要。

Abstract: Through continuous and in-depth innovation and reform, Nanjing University has summarized, inherited and innovated the new talent training system of one core, two ends, three dimensions and four dimensions on the basis of the original talent training mode of three thirds system. However, in the years of the double gen education practice, also met with some problems and difficulties, the college students' innovative training program in the year of 2022 to declare also presented the new trend, according to this new trend, should strengthen the college students' entrepreneurship multidisciplinary integration project and interdisciplinary team construction, students in the process of construction of new arts, it is particularly important to adopt the mode of development and construction with multiple measures and equal emphasis on literature and science.
