摘要: 在专业课教学中将专业知识传授与TRIZ创新理念进行有机融合,通过使用TRIZ创新方法,对《制革工艺学》课程体系进行重建与优化。将《制革工艺学》中的知识重点与难点转化为TRIZ系统中的技术冲突重现过程,通过启发式教学方式,带领学生主动参与发明原理溯源、技术进化定律分析及冲突科学解决的理性思考过程,实现了学生主动参与教学过程的目的,培养了学生的创新意识,提升了学生掌握和使用创新工具的能力,为创新教育与专业课程教育的高度融合打下良好的实践基础。

Abstract: Teaching of professional knowledge and the concept of TRIZ innovative ideas were organically integrated in teaching of specialized course. The course system of Tanning Technology was reconstructed and optimized by using TRIZ innovation method. Key points and difficulties of knowledge in Tanning Technology were reemerged in the process of TRIZ technical conflict in system. Tracing source of invention principle, analyzing law of technological evolution and resolution of collision were achieved through heuristic education. The consciousness of innovation was developed by actively participating in teaching process and the ability of using tools of innovation was also improved. It had laid a good practical foundation for the high integration of innovation education and professional curriculum education in the future.
