摘要: 生物化学是一门用化学的语言揭示生物体生命现象本质的学科。生物化学的教学涉及生物学、化学、分子生物学等多学科的理论交叉,理论抽象、内容繁杂、体系庞大,往往使教师难教,学生难学。在教学过程中贯彻理论联系实际的教学原则,可以有效激发学生主动学习的兴趣,用晦涩难懂的基础理论知识解释实际生活中常常遇到的科学现象或实际问题,使学生兴趣盎然地主动走进生物化学的课堂。该文以“蛋白质的分子结构与功能的关系”为例,探讨了本节中采用理论联系实际的教学方法的具体设计和实践,旨在为生物化学教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: Biochemistry is a subject that reveals the essence of life phenomena of organisms by chemical language. The teaching of biochemistry involves the theoretical intersection of biology, chemistry, molecular biology and other disciplines. The abstract theory, complex content and huge system of biochemistry often makes it difficult for teachers to teach and students to learn. In the teaching process, the integration of theory with practice can effectively arouse the students' interest to actively learn. Teachers should learn to use obscure basic theoretical knowledge to explain scientific phenomena or practical problems often encountered in real life, so that students can take the initiative to enter the biochemistry class with great interest. Taking the section of the relationship between molecular structure and function of protein as an example, the author discusses the specific design and practice of the teaching method of integration of theory with practice in this section, aiming to provide reference for the teaching reform of biochemistry.
