智能制造新工科人才培养的路径研究——基于教学要素的视角

摘要: 人才紧缺已成为智能制造产业发展的重要制约因素,但我国部分高校在专业建设、课程体系、教学模式与方法等方面不能适应快速变化的产业技术开发需求,导致培养出的学生工程能力与创新能力不足、实践动手能力不强、与产业发展的需求脱节,没有真正解决产业创新人才培养的难题。为此,高校应革新理念,重塑专业结构;提升规格,重建人才培养方案;项目驱动,重构课程体系;创新教学模式与方法;创新评价方式。

关键词: 智能制造, 新工科人才, 教学要素

Abstract: The shortage of talents has become an important restrictive factor for the development of intelligent manufacturing industry. However, China's colleges and universities cannot meet the rapidly changing needs of industrial technology development in terms of specialty construction, curriculum system, teaching modes and methods. As a result, the students' engineering ability and innovation ability are insufficient, their practical ability cannot keep up, and they are divorced from the industrial demand, which does not really solve the problem of cultivating industrial innovative talents. Therefore, colleges and universities should innovate their ideas and reshape their professional structure; Upgrade the specification and rebuild the talent training program; Project driven, reconstructing the curriculum system; Innovative teaching modes and methods; Innovative evaluation methods.
