摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在“大众创业、万众创新”的背景下,各高校对于创新创业社团的建设逐渐重视,同时在社团的建设中也凸显越来越多的问题。基于此,该文以上海应用大学Winner青创社为例,对该社团在社团建设和管理模式的工作进行分析,以目前社团所取得的成绩为参考性结果,对创新创业社团建设提出了新的创新模式,旨在为相关高校社团的管理提供参考。

Abstract: In the era of mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship, colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial associations, and more and more problems will be highlighted in the construction of associations. Based on this, this paper takes the Winner Qingchuang Association of Shanghai Institute of Technology as an example to analyze its work in the construction and management mode of the association, and takes the achievements of the association as a reference result, this paper puts forward a new innovation mode for the construction of innovative and pioneering associations, aiming at providing reference for the management of Related University Associations.
