专业教育与创新创业教育交叉融合的人才培养模式创新——以高职测绘地理信息类专业为例

Innovation of Talent Training Mode Integrating Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education——A Case Study of Surveying and Mapping and Geographic Information Major in Vocational Colleges

摘要: 该文面向高职测绘地理信息类专业,基于专业教育与创新创业教育交叉融合的理念,从教学理念、人才培养目标、课程体系、教师队伍、教学方法五方面入手,开展人才培养模式创新与改革。通过研究,重构了专业群人才培养方案、打造了“双师型”教师团队、构建了创新实践教学平台、形成了创新创业训练体系、开展了课程改革,产出了一大批学生创新创业成果和理论研究成果。

Abstract: Based on the concept of the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper carries out the innovation and reform of talent training mode from the five aspects of teaching philosophy, talent training objectives, curriculum system, teachers and teaching methods. Through the research, we have reconstructed the talent training program for professional groups, created a double-qualified teacher team, constructed the innovation practice teaching platform, formed the innovation and entrepreneurship training system, carried out the curriculum reform, and produced a large number of students' innovation and entrepreneurship achievements and theoretical research achievements.
