摘要: 随着时代进步与科技的发展,互联网技术和计算机技术的广泛运用给各行业带来了新的发展契机,教育事业也不例外。而线上教学模式作为互联网技术在教学领域中的应用,这一新型教学模式和传统线下课堂相结合,形成了线上线下混合式教学模式,使教学质量得到了大幅度提升。结合教学经验、教学目标、学生特点,从课前、课中和课后,从线上到线下,从理论到实践,从被动到主动等方面论述线上线下混合式教学模式,并通过学校、教师和学生的积极互动,为工程管理专业学生的培养提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, we have entered the digital age. The application of Internet technology and computer technology in all walks of life has greatly changed the face of people's practice, and each industry has also ushered in new developments. Opportunities, and education is no exception. As a professional discipline of science and engineering, engineering management is the foundation for students' future studies. It is not only the focus of teaching, but also the difficult discipline of engineering professional teaching. The online teaching mode is the application of Internet technology in the teaching field. This new teaching mode is combined with traditional offline classrooms to form a mixed online and offline teaching mode. This hybrid teaching model integrates the advantages of online teaching platforms and offline classrooms, which greatly improves the quality of teaching. From this, the author will combine his own teaching experience to discuss the application of innovative research on the teaching mode of the engineering management major, which is a mixed online and offline teaching mode.
