摘要: 顶岗实习是提高学生专业技能的重要环节,目前存在顶岗实习监管难和考评制度不够完善等问题。该文针对这些问题,从高职院校、企业和学生3方面进行分析,提出了校企合作深化课程改革,做好顶岗前学生的思想工作,加强顶岗实习过程质量监控,建立基于工作过程的量化考评体系的合理化建议。

Abstract: Post practice is an important link to improve students' professional skills. At present, there are some problems, such as difficult supervision of post practice and imperfect evaluation system. Based on the analysis of these problems from three aspects of higher vocational colleges, enterprises and students, this paper puts forward the reasonable suggestions of deepening the curriculum reform, doing well the ideological work of the students before the post placement, strengthening the quality monitoring of the post placement practice process, and establishing the quantitative evaluation system based on the work process.
