基于TRIZ创新理论下的高职工科生创新能力培养新模式研究

摘要: 高职院校已进入“双高计划”建设阶段,针对高职院校工科生创新能力培养上存在的问题,如群体否定型的创新观念、制作逻辑型的创新教学、浅尝辄止型的创新学习、情景抽离式的创新实践等,TRIZ理论作为一种创新系统认识论、科学方法论与具体实践理论,能够有效提高高职工科生的创新意识、创新思维和创新能力。基于TRIZ理论制定高职院校工科生人才培养方案,形成“三个三”高职工科特色创新教育范式,构建三种高职特色创新实践模式,多措并举开展高职院校工科学生创新能力培养工作,为国家培养更多复合型技术技能人才做出职教应有的贡献。

Abstract: Higher vocational colleges have entered the construction stage of "Double High Plan". In view of the innovation ability cultivation of engineering students in higher vocational colleges, there are some current problems, such as group negative innovative concept, creative teaching based on making logic, innovative learning based on simple exploration, innovative practice based on scene pulling out, etc. As an epistemology of innovation system, scientific methodology and concrete practice theory, TRIZ theory can effectively enhance the innovation consciousness, innovation thinking and innovation ability of engineering students in higher vocational colleges. Based on TRIZ theory in higher vocational colleges of engineering talent training scheme, the formation of higher vocational engineering characteristic of "three three" innovation education paradigm, build three higher vocational characteristic innovation practice mode, multiple measures and to carry out the engineering students' innovative ability training in higher vocational colleges, more technical skills talents cultivation for the national vocational education should have the contribution.
