摘要: “工学结合”人才培育模式能够有效推进高职院校学生专业理论能力与专业实践能力协同发展,促使高职院校人才供给与社会用人单位人才需求实现良好对接。在“工学结合”人才培育模式下,高职院校需要以推进数学教育模式更好地适应育人模式的变化为出发点,对数学教学改革路径做出探索。该文在对“工学结合”人才培育模式下高职数学学科定位的调整做出分析与论述的基础上,对高职数学教学改革路径做出了研究与探讨,以待能够推进高职数学教学改革工作,更好地适应“工学结合”人才培育模式,推进学生数学素养与专业素养协同提升。

Abstract: The talent cultivation mode of "combining work with study" can effectively promote the coordinated development of professional theoretical ability and professional practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges, and promote the good docking between the talent supply in higher vocational colleges and the talent demand of social employers. In the "combination of work and study" talent cultivation mode, higher vocational colleges need to promote the mathematics education mode to better adapt to the change of education mode as the starting point, to explore the path of mathematics teaching reform. Based on "work-integrated learning" talent cultivation mode of higher vocational mathematics subject positioning adjustments made on the basis of the analysis and discussion of higher vocational mathematics teaching reform path to the research and discussion, expect to be able to promote the reform of higher vocational mathematics teaching work to better adapt to the "work-integrated learning" talent cultivation mode, promote the students' mathematics accomplishment and professionalism to achieve synergy ascension.
