积极心理学视角下高校学业困难学生帮扶策略研究

摘要: 高校学业困难学生问题,事关人才培养质量,对个人、家庭、学校和社会都是巨大的损失,开展学业困难学生帮扶工作意义重大,不仅是现实需要,也是育人之责。该文尝试在积极心理学的视角下,以积极心理学的主要理念为指导,首先对高校学困生现状进行了分析,然后从积极心理学三方面的核心内容出发,从培育积极情感体验、塑造积极心理品质以及营造积极的组织环境三个方面,探讨对学业困难学生的帮扶策略,以增强教育效果,帮扶学生走出学业困境。

Abstract: The problem of students with academic difficulties in colleges is related to the quality of talent training, which is a huge loss to individuals, families, schools and society. It is not only practical need to help students with academic difficulties, but also the responsibility of education. Article through the analysis of the characteristics of university academic difficulty student groups, from the perspective of positive psychology, by cultivating positive emotional experience, and create a positive from three aspects, such as the external environment to explore the academic problems student support strategies, enhancing the effect of education, help students out of school.
