摘要: 随着信息技术的发展,“互联网+教育”应运而生。利用互联网技术将现代信息技术与教育教学深度融合,有助于激发学生学习兴趣,提高课程教学效果,达到创新教育的目的。《食品与工业微生物》课程是为了培养应用型食品科技创新人才而开设的一门特色专业课程,该文探讨了“互联网+”背景下该课程在教学内容、教学方法及教学评价等方面的改革探索,构建师生互动的学习支持服务系统,加强自主创新能力,以期培养面向食品行业的具有国际视野、高素质的创新创业人才。

Abstract: With the development of information technology, "Internet plus education" came into being. The deep integration of modern information technology and education and teaching by using Internet technology is helpful to stimulate students' interest in learning, improve the teaching effect and achieve the purpose of innovative education. Food and industrial microbiology is a special course for cultivating applied talents of food science and technology. This paper discusses the reform and exploration of teaching content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation under the background of "Internet plus", and builds interactive learning support service system for teachers and students, and strengthens their independent innovation ability, so as to cultivate food-oriented industry high quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents with international vision.
