摘要: 人才培养是高校办学的核心任务之一。生源质量的优劣是决定教育质量的基本前提。随着我国来华留学教育事业的转型和升级不断加快,来华留学教育工作的重点已从扩大规模逐步转变为提高质量。对“生源质量”的理性思考和分析主要围绕在学习成绩、综合素质两个方面。高校应将力气下在广开渠道、提高门槛和开展预科教育三个方面,从而进一步提升来华留学教育整体水平。

Abstract: Talents cultivation is a key mission for universities. The quality of the source of students is the precondition of educational quality. With the accelerating transformation and upgrading on the education for international students, more attention will be paid on the international students’ qualities but not quantities. The rational thinking and analysis on the quality of the source of students are mainly about the academic record and mixed ability. Universities should focus on extending channels, raising threshold and launching preparatory education to improve the overall level of the education for international students.
