摘要: “能力导向教育、目标导向教育或需求导向教育”,以下简称OBE,于1981年由Spady等人提出,并很快得到了人们的重视与认可,且成为美国、英国、加拿大等国家及地区作为教育改革的主流理念。这种教育理念有别于我国传统的应试教育,而物流工程专业人才的培养对于是否能实际运用很关键,这在于初期是否能快速地融入并了解工作职责。此篇文章就物流工程专业人才由OBE教育理念来培养的模式进行探讨和研究。

Abstract: "Ability-oriented education, goal-oriented education or needs-oriented education" (OBE) was proposed by Spady et al., 1981, and soon gained people's attention and recognition, and became the mainstream idea of educational reform in the United States, Britain, Canada and other countries and regions. This kind of educational concept is different from the traditional exam-oriented education in China, and the training of logistics engineering professionals is crucial to the practical application, which lies in whether they can quickly integrate into and understand the job responsibilities at the beginning. This article discusses and studies the training mode of logistics engineering professionals by OBE education concept.
