自研自制拉伸敏感性能测试装置,培养学生科研创新与实践能力

摘要: 实验装置的自研自制对大学生创新意识的培养和实践能力的提高具有重要作用。围绕导电高分子柔性器件的测试,将数字万用表和万能试验机相结合,根据材料的特性和测试要求,学生在导师指导下,亲自动手调节两台设备的匹配情况,最后获得测试导电高分子柔性器件的设备。通过自研自制测试评价系统,让学生在参与前沿科研成果研究过程中得到充分的锻炼,培养学生的综合创新能力。同时,通过自研自制设备研发,使学校能够更好地研发适合自身专业建设需求的非标设备,提高师生设备研发能力,提高实验室建设水平。

Abstract: The self-research and self-production of experimental equipment plays an important role in cultivating the innovation consciousness and improving the practical ability of college students. Around the test of conductive polymer flexible devices, the digital multimeter is combined with universal testing machine. According to the characteristics of materials and test requirements, the students adjust the matching of two devices by hand under the guidance of the tutor, and finally obtain the equipment to test conductive polymer flexible devices. Through the self-developed self-made testing and evaluation system, students can fully exercise in the process of participating in the research of cutting-edge scientific research results and cultivate their comprehensive innovation ability. At the same time, through the research and development of self-made equipment, the school can better research and development of non-standard equipment suitable for its own professional construction needs, improve the equipment research and development ability of teachers and students, improve the level of laboratory construction.
