摘要: 随着经济全球化进程的不断加快和我国社会经济发展进入新常态,企业面临的竞争压力越来越大,需要不断更新人员配备。其中本科应用型人才的需求量大大增加,给地方应用型本科院校的人才培养模式带来了机遇和挑战。从本科应用型人才培养模式的现状分析出发,挖掘其存在的问题和成因。最后提出“校企合作、工学结合”本科应用型人才培养模式的构建对策,推动“学校、企业、教师、学生”四位一体运转,发挥协同效应。

Abstract: As the process of economic globalization continues to accelerate and socioeconomic development enters a new normal, enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures and need to constantly update their staffing.The demand for undergraduate applied talents has greatly increased, bringing opportunities and challenges to the training model of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges.The demand for undergraduate applied talents has greatly increased, bringing opportunities and challenges to the training model of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges.Starting from the analysis of the status quo of the undergraduate application-oriented talent training model, explore its existing problems and causes.Finally, the countermeasures for constructing the undergraduate application-oriented talent training model of "school-enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study" are proposed.This will promote the four-in-one operation of "schools, enterprises, teachers, and students" and exert a synergistic effect.
