摘要: 随着我国高等教育体制改革不断深入,我国高等教育已进入大众化初级阶段,在学生是发展的主体、以学生为本位的教育教学新理念的指导下,过往数十年的实践中,早已证明在本科教育中引入导师制有可操作性。特别是在新的历史形势下引入“本导制”是大学育人体制改革、管理体制改革的关键所在。根据工作实际,聚焦民航高校思政学生群体“本导制”的实施情况,探究其价值意蕴、逻辑机理与实践方略。

关键词: “本导制”, 本科教学, 创新教育

Abstract: With the deepening of China's higher education system reform, China's higher education has entered the primary stage of popularization. Under the guidance of the new concept of students as the main body of development and student-centered education, it has been proved that the introduction of tutorial system in undergraduate education is feasible in the past decades of practice. Especially in the new historical situation, the introduction of "Undergraduate Tutorial System" is the key to the reform of university education system and management system. According to the actual work, the author focuses on the implementation of "Undergraduate Tutorial System" of Ideological and political students in civil aviation universities, and explores its value implication, logical mechanism and practical strategy.
