摘要/Abstract

摘要： 非正式学习正在重塑大学生的生活状态,因此,高校思政教育生态圈管理体系的构建离不开非正式学习。基于非正式学习与思政教育的深度融合,该论文提出以学校教育为核心,构建学校、家庭、企业及社会为一体的,实现个体教育、氛围教育及职业教育整合的生态圈管理体系,以此形成大思政格局。

关键词: 非正式学习, 思政教育, 生态圈, 管理体系

Abstract: Informal learning has been shaping college students' lives. The construction of ecosphere of ideological and political education in college cannot separate from informal learning. An exploration of management system of ecosphere of ideological and political education on the basis of integration of informal learning and ideological and political education, which integrates the college, families, enterprise and society as a whole with the core of the college. It paves the way for the integration of individual education, atmosphere education and vocational education, in order to form the pattern of great ideological and political education.
