摘要: 目的 探讨PBL教学法结合学生标准化患者在《基础护理学》课程中的教学效果。方法 选取石家庄人民医学高等专科学校2018级护理一班、二班共计175人为研究对象,对照组一班87人采用传统教学法,实验组二班88人采用PBL教学法结合学生标准化患者教学法,课程结束后,评价教学效果。结果 实验组的理论和操作成绩优于对照组的成绩,差异有统计学意义。结论 应用PBL结合学生标准化患者的教学法,有利于提高学生的学习积极性、培养学生的团队合作能力、培养学生的临床判断结合能力等,可提高教学效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching effect of PBL combined with standardized patients in the course of basic nursing. Methods A total of 175 students from class one and class two of nursing in 2018 of Shijiazhuang people's Medical College were selected as the research objects. 87 students in class one of the control group adopted traditional teaching method, 88 students in class two of the experimental group adopted PBL teaching method combined with standardized patient teaching method. After the course, the teaching effect was evaluated. Results The theoretical and operational performance of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The application of PBL combined with standardized patient teaching method can improve students' learning enthusiasm, team cooperation ability, clinical judgment ability and so on.
