摘要: 当前中国高校的法律教育普遍存在过于重视课本理论、忽视实践能力与培养法律思维的问题。苏格拉底式案例教学法的应用无疑是对行政法教学改革的有益尝试。苏格拉底式的案例教学是否同样适用于有别于英美法系的大陆,又应当如何具体有效地应用在行政法学的教育之中,成为该文探讨的重点。

Abstract: At present, the legal education in Chinese colleges and universities generally attaches too much importance to textbook theory, neglects practical ability and trains legal thinking. The application of Socrates case teaching method is undoubtedly a beneficial attempt to the teaching reform of administrative law. Whether Socrates case teaching is also suitable for mainland China, which is different from common law system, and how to apply it to the education of administrative law effectively has become the focus of this paper.
