摘要/Abstract

摘要： 应用型本科院校的课堂模式构建,时下受到很多关注和研究。以学生为主体的课堂,是适应用型本科院校课堂教学的较好模式,也是应用型本科院校专注讲好一门课的良好路径。该文主要从构建“学生主体型”课堂方法着眼,从酒店管理这一专业方向入手,探讨应用型本科课堂构建的途径。

Abstract: The construction of classroom model in application-oriented undergraduate colleges has received a lot of attention and research. The student-oriented class is not only a good model of classroom teaching in application-oriented universities, but also a good path for application-oriented universities to focus on a good course. This paper mainly focuses on the construction of "student-oriented" classroom method, and discusses the way of the construction of application-oriented undergraduate class from the perspective of hotel management.
