专业建设背景下高校“三全育人”学风建设思考和对策研究

摘要: 为提升高校专业建设影响力,全面落实“三全育人”工作,高校学风建设工作至关重要。在专业建设背景下,高校学风建设存在专业认知度不足、授课目标不清晰、学业指导帮扶不够等问题,该文在分析问题的基础上提出学风建设的关键点,明确领导、专业教师、教务工作者、学生工作者的重要作用,并从制度建设、体系建设、分类学业指导团队建设、分层次分阶段的学风建设、课程学习评价机制建设五个方面提出对策,全面提升高校学风建设工作质量。

关键词: 学风建设, 三全育人, 专业建设

Abstract: In order to enhance the influence of professional construction and fully implement the work of "Three aspects of Education", learning style building in university was essential.Discuss the problems in learning style building, such as insufficient professional recognition, unclear teaching goals, and insufficient style guidance.Put forward the key points of learning style building, and clarify the important role of leaders, professional teachers, academic staff, and student workers.It proposes countermeasures from five aspects: system construction, system construction, classified style guidance team construction, layered and phased study style construction, and curriculum learning evaluation mechanism construction to comprehensively improve the quality the work of university learning style building.
