摘要: 在“大众创业、万众创新”的指导思想下,众多高职院校都在积极探索“创新创业教育”与“人力资源管理专业”的融合路径,以期进一步提升高职院校人力资源管理专业的人才培养质量,为新时期的国家建设输出越来越多的综合素质型人才。该文从创新创业对高职人力资源管理专业人才培养模式的影响开始分析,重点探讨高职院校人力资源管理专业人才培养模式现状,以及相应的改进策略,希望给高职院校的教育工作者带来一些新的启发和参考。

Abstract: Under the guiding ideology of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", many higher vocational colleges are actively exploring the integration path of "innovation and entrepreneurship education" and "human resource management ", in order to further improve the talent training quality of human resource management in higher vocational colleges, and export more and more comprehensive quality talents for the national construction in the new period. This paper first analyzes the influence of innovation and entrepreneurship on the talent training mode of human resource management specialty in higher vocational colleges,then focusing on the present situation of talent training mode of human resource management in higher vocational colleges, as well as the corresponding improvement strategies, hoping to bring some new inspiration and reference to educators in higher vocational colleges.
