众创空间绩效评价体系研究

摘要: 众创空间的健康发展亟待一套科学合理的绩效评价指标体系。该文提出众创空间绩效评价指标体系的构建要素为聚集创新创业者能力、可持续发展能力、创新能力、“硬”服务与“软”增值能力,运用层次分析法构建众创空间绩效指标评价体系,进行指标权重分析,并依据分析结果提出合理设置入驻门槛、加强基础设施设备和网络平台建设,提高知识产权服务、优化盈利模式等建议,不断提高众创空间的创新创业能力,实现众创空间的可持续发展。

Abstract: The healthy development of maker space needs a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system. This paper puts forward that the construction elements of the performance evaluation index system of maker space are to gather the ability of innovation and entrepreneur, sustainable development, innovation, hard service and soft value-added ability. The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the performance index evaluation system of maker space, and the index weight is analyzed. Based on the analysis results, it is proposed to set reasonable entry threshold and strengthen infrastructure equipment and network platform construction, improve intellectual property services, optimize profit model and other suggestions, constantly improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of maker space, and realize the sustainable development of maker space.
