新工科学生核心实践能力研究——以土地资源管理专业为例

摘要: 为了探究新工科学生的核心实践能力,该文以土地资源管理专业为例,通过搜集对比企业的招聘要求以及个别企业电话访谈,采用派生任务分析方法提出基于技术路线图分析的实践能力需求分析方法,得出所需要的通用实践技能;分析已确定的实践能力之间的相关性和部门工作组织情景,构建技能矩阵分析工具,可为强化实践教学与专业知识之间的联系、构建专业实践教学体系提供参考。

Abstract: This paper took the major of land resource management as a case study for the exploring of students' core practical ability in new engineering era. Firstly, we collected information about hiring requirements from companies. Most came from a recruitment website, and the remaining was via telephone. Secondly, after practicing the method of task analysis based on the technology roadmap analysis, general practical skill requirements have arisen. Applied the skill requirement analysis of the organizational situation, and the technology department matrix. Reinforced practice teaching can provide a reference for the organic connection with professional knowledge and the construction of professional practice teaching system.
