高等教育学分制全球互联互通探究

摘要: 文章参考欧洲的高等教育一体化与中国的上海学分银行制度下的学分互联互通,提出推行“全球学分互通体制”的建议,来统一全球高校纪录和报告高等教育学生学业成绩的评价标准或学分颁发的方式,并以学分银行制度提供学分储存、结算、兑换管理与认证服务,以配合高等教育在全球化时代下的发展和学生(或人才)在全球层面的自由流动需要。

Abstract: With reference to the credit transfer system for European higher education integration and the Shanghai Credit Bank System of China, this article is to propose a Global Credit Transfer System that unifies the format of recording and reporting the learning achievement standards or the credits earned of students of higher education, with credit storage, balance and transfer management and endorsement services of a credit banking system, for meeting the higher education development in our age of globalization as well as the free mobility need of students (or talents) on a global level.
