The Mechanism Study on Industry-Education Cooperation Oriented Outstanding Teacher Cultivation in a Vocational College

摘要: 本文针对职业院校人才培养目标,基于职业院校教师职业能力特点,提出了产教合作提升教师专业能力,促进职教名师成长的名师培养策略。详细分析了产教合作对职校教师专业能力发展的作用,以及基于产教合作进行名师培养的优势,为职教名师培养提供了新思路。

Abstract: Considering the teaching job feature, an industry-education cooperation (IEC) based teacher training strategy was proposed for teachers in vocational colleges to elevate their professional skills and promote them growing up to be outstanding. The effects of IEC on the professional capability development of teachers and the advantages of IEC based outstanding teacher cultivation in vocational colleges were analyzed, which offered a new thought for outstanding teacher cultivation.
