摘要/Abstract

摘要： 由于当前高等学校合作交换生的教育服务不断发生变化,传统的教育管理方法将逐步不适应合作交换生的需求。基于此,该文将TQM体系应用于合作交换生教育管理,TQM体系以目标为导向,强调教育过程的整体性及系统性,注重质量管理,对于提升高等学校合作交换生的教育管理水平具有一定的意义。

关键词: TQM体系, 合作交换生, 教育管理, 教育需求

Abstract: Because of continuous changes in the educational services of cooperative exchange students in colleges and universities, the traditional educational management methods will gradually fail to meet the needs of cooperative exchange students. Based on this, this paper applies the TQM system to the educational management of cooperative exchange students. The TQM system is goal-oriented, emphasizes the integrity and systematization of the educational process, and focuses on quality management, which is of certain significance to improve the educational management level of cooperative exchange students in colleges and universities.
