三全育人视域下大学生创新创业训练计划项目质量保障体系研究

摘要: 高校创新创业是全社会创新创业的重要组成部分,科技创新是高校的重中之重,而大学生科技创新创业是提升高校竞争力的重要孵化器,“三全育人”成为大学人才培养的目标。该文总结了“大学生创新创业训练计划项目”的发展状况,分析了“大学生创新创业训练计划项目”的实践及存在的主要问题,提出项目质量保障体系建设应“六化”管理(搭建质量管理系统、实现信息化管理,健全项目保障机制、实现制度化管理,提升项目环节质量、实现精准化管理,构建信息反馈机制、实现联动化管理,扩大导师资源基数、实现质量化管理,加强项目成果培育、实现目标化管理)。

Abstract: College innovation and entrepreneurship is an important part of the whole society innovation and entrepreneurship, scientific and technological innovation is the top priority of colleges and universities, therefore,college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training project is an important incubator of college competitiveness. As three-aspect comprehensive education becomes the target of college talent training, this article summarizes college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training project and analyses the main problems of it. College students' innovation and entrepreneurship training project should be put forward six modernizations management (Setting up quality management system to realize information management, improving project security mechanism to realize the institutionalization of management, improving project link quality to realize the precise management, building information feedback mechanism to realize linkage management, increasing the tutor resources, strengthening the cultivation of project results to realize target management).
