基于校企深度融合的材料类专业教学实践平台的构建与实践

Construction and Practice the Teaching Practice Platform for the Material Specialty based on the Deeply Cooperation of College-enterprise

摘要: 该文针对材料类专业以及实践教学平台中存在的问题,结合目前校企深度融合背景下的材料类专业具有的特点以及相关企业对人才需求的战略目标,提出校企深度融合的材料类专业的培养模式,进而有目标性地建立有效、实用的教学实践平台。并且,以长沙学院功能材料专业为例,指出目前材料类专业以及教学实践平台中存在的主要问题,结合专业发展目标与合作的企业特色,提出相关的解决措施。通过以上对校企融合下的实践教学平台的分析和改进,以期望形成长效、可持续改革发展的校企合作机制。

Abstract: For the existed issues in the material specialty and teaching practice platform, we propose to innovate the cultivation model of material specialty based on the deeply cooperation of college-enterprise. And the innovated cultivation model combines the unique characteristics of material specialty and the strategic objectives for the talent requirement of involved enterprise, which could construct effective, practical teaching practice platform purposefully. Furthermore, taking the Functional material specialty of Changsha University as example, we point out the primary problems in the current material specialty and teaching practice platform, combine the purpose of specialty and the development characteristics of cooperated enterprises, and propose the involved resolutions. We expect to construct long term and sustainable developed cooperative mechanism through the innovated cultivation model and teaching practice platform.
