Abstract: ObjectiveBy oral outpatient, hospital, general hospital dental dental clinic triple oral health service system to carry out the questionnaire survey, to understand oral medicine periodontics direction talent demand, the ability of professional quality and other factors, to improve the quality of teaching, to explore the oral medicine periodontal professional direction of the new teaching mode, which provides the basis for cultivating high-quality skilled talents.MethodsField investigation, field questionnaire survey and network questionnaire survey were adopted.ResultsThe development of periodontal specialty in all levels of medical institutions was not optimistic, and periodontal specialists were in great demand.ConclusionSchools can reform the teaching mode, improve the teaching status of periodontiology, build a "double-qualified" teacher team, and strengthen the skills training of students' periodontal specialty through school-enterprise cooperation to improve the employment rate.The results of the survey provide a basis for Shandong Medical College Jinan to train stomatological talents to meet the social needs.
