摘要: 顶岗实习是高职院校实践教学的重要环节之一,也一直都是高职教育中工学结合的重要表现形式。目前顶岗实习管理模式还存在运营成本高、安全隐患多、思政教育缺位等问题。文章利用新媒体构建学生顶岗实习管理平台,结合思政教育构建协同管理育人模式。

Abstract: Post practice is one of the important links of practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, and it has always been an important manifestation of the combination of work and study in higher vocational education. At present, the management mode of on-the-job learning still has some problems, such as high operation cost, many potential safety hazards, and lack of Ideological and political education. This paper uses new media to build a management platform for students' on-the-job practice, and combines ideological and political education to build a collaborative management and education model.
