摘要/Abstract

摘要： 进入新时代,高职院校如何更好的围绕学生、关照学生和服务学生,助力学生全面成长成才,已成为社会广泛关注的热点问题。贯彻落实全国、全省高校思想政治工作会议精神,把握学生成长发展需要,该文针对高职院校在育人工作中存在的问题,提出以提高大学生综合素质为突破点,将“三全育人”理念融入其中,形成全员、全过程、全方位育人格局,把工作的重音和目标落在立德树人育人实效上。

Abstract: In the new era, how to better focus on students, care for students and serve students in higher vocational colleges to help students grow up and become talented has become a hot issue widely concerned by the society. Carrying out the spirit of the ideological and political work conference in the whole country and the whole province, and grasping the needs of the students' growth and development, this paper puts forward that aiming at the problems existing in the education work of higher vocational colleges, taking improving the comprehensive quality of college students as the breakthrough point, integrating the concept of "three full education" into it, forming the whole process of all-round education pattern, and placing the stress and goal of the work on the actual effect of educating people by virtue.
