摘要: 随着传统制造业向智能制造业转型及“中国制造”向“中国智造”发展,对从事集设计、制造、管理、经营、服务于一体的数字化智能制造人才的需求大幅度增加。高等院校为了满足社会发展对人才的需求,需要及时调整人才培养模式。该文结合智能制造背景下企业对人才知识、能力和素质的要求,提升人才的复合创新能力,培养适应时代发展的复合型高素质人才,为推动中国工业4.0的进一步发展奠定良好基础。

Abstract: With the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing industry and the development of "made in China" to "intelligent manufacturing in China", the demand for digital intelligent manufacturing talents engaged in design, manufacturing, management, operation and service has increased greatly. In order to meet the needs of social development for talents, colleges and universities need to adjust the talent training mode in time. In this paper, combined with the requirements of enterprises for knowledge, ability and quality of talents under the background of intelligent manufacturing, improve the compound innovation ability of talents, cultivate compound high-quality talents to adapt to the development of the times, and lay a good foundation for the further development of China's industry 4.0.
