摘要: 新工科背景下大学生创新创业教育正如火如荼地开展,但当前高校创新创业教育普遍存在学生认识不足、高校重视程度不够和创新创业难于融合专业教育等问题。该文以地方高校河北工程大学为例,通过整合教学资源、完善教学内容、加强学科融合、深化校企合作和推动创新创业成果转化等途径,探索新工科背景下大学生创新创业能力培养课程体系建设和人才培养模式构建,为符合新工科发展要求的高技能创新型复合人才的培养提供理论参考和实践指导。

Abstract: Under the background of emerging engineering construction, innovation and entrepreneurship education is in full swing, but at present there are many problems in the current education, such as the lack of students' understanding, inadequate emphasis in universities, and difficulty in integrating professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking Hebei University of Engineering as an example, this paper explores the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training course system and talent training mode of college students under the background of new engineering by means of integrating teaching resources, improving teaching content, strengthening discipline integration, deepening school enterprise cooperation and promoting the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, so as to effectively enhance the entrepreneurship awareness, innovation spirit and creativity of local college students strive to cultivate high skilled and innovative talents in line with the development requirements of emerging engineering.
