摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,通用航空产业迅猛发展,为满足通用航空业所需技术技能人才,职业院校应加强与通用航空企业的深度合作,通用航空专业人才培养体系要为支撑通用航空产业发展而构建,并根据岗位需求形成相关的人才培养专业群,针对通用航空技能岗位,按照工作内容和特点组建限定“服务域”的通用航空专业群,构建“产教融合”的专业群平台课程、核心课程和拓展课程,形成以工作任务驱动的课程体系,有效提高实训设备使用效率,有利于复合型技术技能人才的培养,进而提升技术技能人才从事通用航空专业的适岗能力。

Abstract: Rapid development in recent years, the general aviation industry, as the technical skills required to meet the general aviation talents, vocational colleges should strengthen the depth of cooperation with general aviation enterprise, general aviation professional talent training system to support the general aviation industry development and construction, and according to post demand to form the relevant personnel training professional group, for general aviation skills positions, according to the working characteristics of content and form a qualified "service domain" general aviation professional group, to build "fusion" education platform for the group of professional course, core curriculum and the development course, form task driven curriculum system, effectively improve the efficiency of training equipment use, It is conducive to the cultivation of compound technical and technical talents, so as to enhance the ability of technical and technical talents to engage in general aviation.
