摘要/Abstract

摘要： 工程教育专业认证的开展对于提高专业人才培养质量具有十分重要的意义,对于学生工作的开展也提出了更高的要求,二者工作目标一致,相互配合,互为支撑,相得益彰。当前高校学生工作中还存在着工作管理模式滞后、工作机制不健全、学生工作队伍建设不完善等问题,因此,要以学生专业认证为契机,倒逼学生工作提质增效,创新工作理念、理顺工作机制、创新工作内容、加强队伍建设。

关键词: 工程教育, 专业认证, 学生工作, 人才培养质量

Abstract: The development of engineering education professional certification is of great significance to improve the quality of professional personnel training, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the development of student work. The two work objectives are consistent, cooperate with each other, support each other, and complement each other. At present, there are still some problems in the work of college students, such as the lag of work management mode, the imperfection of working mechanism, and the imperfection of the construction of student work team. Therefore, we should take the opportunity of student professional certification to force students' work to improve quality and efficiency, innovate work concept, rationalize working mechanism, innovate work content and strengthen team construction.
