摘要: 新工科背景下高校需要不断增强对大学生创新能力的培养,针对目前高校大学生创新能力培养的不足,该文提出了完善人才培养方案、改革学生培养和评价制度以及增加学生创新实践机会等措施,以创新兴趣为引导,采用项目驱动的方式培养学生的创新能力,使学生在导师指导下自主开展创新活动,从而提升学生理论知识与实践活动的结合,提高学生的创新能力、团队合作意识以及沟通交流能力。

Abstract: Universities need to continuously improve the cultivation of students' innovation ability under the background of Emerge Engineering Education. Aiming at the deficiency of cultivating students' innovation ability, this paper puts forward some measures, such as perfecting the talent cultivation scheme, reforming the student cultivation and evaluation system, and increasing students' innovation practice opportunities. The cultivation of innovation ability is guided by students' interest in innovation and adopts a project-driven approach to enable students to independently carry out innovation activities under the guidance of tutors, so as to improve the combination of students' theoretical knowledge and practical activities, enhance students' innovation ability, teamwork awareness and communication ability.
