“多元多维多度”协同培养机械类应用性人才研究

摘要: 该文以“协同理论”和“共振效应”为理论基础,构建并实施了“多元协同、多维共振”的机械类专业应用性人才“多元多维多度”协同培养体系,致力于培养“厚基础、强能力、高素质”的应用性专业人才。(1)构建了多元主体(政府、学校、行业、企业)平台,实施协同育人模式;(2)制定了多维(知识+能力+素质)共振培养规格,多途并举培养应用性人才;(3)实施了多元主体协同参与的“三维—四度(人格特质、创新精神、创新能力—基本知识掌握度、基本技能熟悉度、岗位技能适应度、健全人格养成度)”评价体系。

Abstract: Based on the theory of "synergy theory" and "resonance effect", this paper constructs and implements the system of "multi-multi-dimensional multi-dimensional multi-degree" collaborative training of mechanical professionals with "multi-coordination and multi-dimensional resonance", and devotes itself to cultivating "thick foundation, strong ability and high-quality" applied professionals. (1) A multi-subject (government, school, industry, enterprise) platform has been constructed to implement a collaborative education model. (2) Developed multi-dimensional (knowledge and ability and quality) resonance training specifications, multi-way and training applied talent. (3) The evaluation system of "three-dimensional-four degrees (personality traits, innovative spirit, innovation ability-basic knowledge mastery, basic skill familiarity, job skill adaptability, and sound personality development)" was implemented with the coordinated participation of multiple subjects.
