Research on the Interdisciplinary Graduate Training Model Based on the IPOD Framework under the “Three Highlands and Four New Missions” Strategy

摘要: 在新时代高质量发展背景下,“三高四新”战略对高层次人才培养提出新要求。该文通过系统分析国内外跨学科教育研究现状,结合IPOD理论框架,构建了包含资源输入、培养过程、成果输出、长效发展四个维度的培养模型。研究表明:该模式通过优化课程体系、强化校企协同、完善评价机制等举措,能够有效促进学科交叉融合,提升研究生的创新实践能力。

Abstract: In the context of high-quality development in the new era, the“Three Highlands and Four New Missions” strategy has raised new requirements for the cultivation of high-level talents. This study analyzes the current state of education research both domestically and internationally, and integrates the IPOD theoretical framework to construct a training model encompassing four dimensions: resource input, training process, outcome output, and sustainable development. Research indicates that this model, through measures such as optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening university-enterprise collaboration, and improving evaluation mechanisms, can effectively promote interdisciplinary integration and enhance the innovative and practical capabilities of graduate students.
