Research on Promoting the Cultivation of Engineering Innovation Talents through Science and Technology Competitions under the Undergraduate Mentor System

摘要: 针对工程教育中“双碳”意识与数智化能力培养不足、学科壁垒固化、竞赛与教学割裂等问题,该文提出本科生导师制与科技竞赛协同的“四维融合”改革:融合低碳数智重构课程体系,组建跨学科导师联盟指导前沿课题,依托智慧平台赋能原型制作与碳足迹开发,创新竞赛成果对接职称评审、学分的联动机制,有助于提升学生的低碳意识与创新能力,为响应“双碳”战略提供了参考范式。

Abstract: This article proposes a“four-dimensional integration”reform that combines undergraduate mentorship and technology competitions to address issues such as insufficient cultivation of“dual carbon”awareness and digital intelligence abilities, rigid disciplinary barriers, and a disconnect between competition and teaching in engineering education. The reform aims to reconstruct the curriculum system by integrating low-carbon digital intelligence; establishing an interdisciplinary mentor alliance to guide cutting-edge topics; empowering prototype production and carbon footprint development through smart platforms; the linkage mechanism between innovation competition results and professional titles evaluation and credits helps to enhance students'low-carbon awareness and innovation ability, providing a reference paradigm for responding to the“dual carbon”strategy.
