Research on the Application of BOPPPS Model Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in the Course of Nursing Comprehensive Practical Training

摘要: 目的探究BOPPPS教学法与情景模拟教学法相结合在护理综合实训课程中的实践应用成效。方法以2022级4个班级中的233位护生为研究对象,采用随机整群取样,分成两组。试验组采用BOPPPS和情境仿真教学方法,对照组采用传统“示教—练习—回示—考核”教学法。通过对比两组学生的技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力水平及学习积极主动性,评价教学效果。结果试验组学生的无菌技术、皮下注射与肌内注射、静脉输液等单项操作考核及案例考核的总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时,试验组学生的岗位胜任力水平和学习积极主动性得分也显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论BOPPPS联合情景模拟教学法能够显著提升护理本科生的临床实践技能、岗位胜任力及学习积极性,可助力培养知识、技能与素养全面发展且能精准对接实际需求的应用型护理人才。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the nursing comprehensive practical training course. MethodsA total of 233 undergraduate nursing students from four classes of the 2022 grade were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group by cluster sampling. The experimental group was taught using the BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method, while the control group was taught using the traditional“demonstration - practice - review - assessment”teaching method. The teaching effects were evaluated by comparing the skill assessment scores, job competence levels and learning initiative of the two groups. ResultsThe scores of the experimental group in the individual operation assessments such as aseptic technique, intradermal injection and intramuscular injection, and intravenous infusion, as well as the total score in the case assessment, were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the job competence levels and learning initiative scores of the experimental group were also significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe BOPPPS combined with scenario simulation teaching method can significantly improve the clinical practice skills, job competence, and active learning state of undergraduate nursing students.It can help cultivate applied nursing talents with all-round development in knowledge, skills and qualities, who can precisely meet practical needs.
