Practical Research on the“Seven-Step Method” for Continuing Education Innovation Driven by Digital Human Technology—Exploration of Digital Transformation at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China

摘要: 随着教育数字化转型的深化,电子科技大学继续教育学院基于数字人技术创新研发“七步法”智能化课程生产体系,数字人技术通过人工智能驱动的虚拟教师模式,为继续教育课程制作提供了创新性解决方案。该体系包含标准化教师形象采集、教学动作库构建与AI智能训练等关键环节,有效实现了从真人授课到数字人授课的转型升级。实践表明:该体系可使一门48学时的标准课程制作周期缩短72%,综合成本降低50%以上,学员满意度达90%。数字人技术驱动的 “七步法” 不仅有效解决了继续教育课程生产所面临的问题,还探索出可复制和推广的“AI + 教育”数字化转型路径,为构建智能化、个性化、高效率的现代教育体系提供了实践范例。

Abstract: As the deepening of educational digital transformation progresses, the School of Continuing Education at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has developed the“seven-step method”intelligent curriculum production system based on digital human technology innovation. Leveraging AI-driven virtual instructor models, digital human technology provides innovative solutions for continuing education course development. The system integrates key components including standardized instructor image capture, pedagogical movement library construction, and AI-driven training, effectively enabling the transformation from live instructor-led to digital instructor-led courses. Practice demonstrates that this system reduces the production cycle for a standard 48-hour course by 72%, lowers comprehensive costs by over 50%, and achieves 90% learner satisfaction. The digital human-powered“seven-step method”not only effectively addresses challenges in continuing education course production but also establishes a replicable“AI + Education”digital transformation pathway, serving as a practical model for constructing intelligent, personalized, and efficient modern educational systems.
