Abstract: In the context of the rural revitalization strategy, the homecoming entrepreneurship of private vocational college stdents not only promotes the upgrading of rural industries, but also facilitates the return of talents, but there are still some problems that restrict the effectiveness of entrepreneurship. This article focuses on the construction of a resource integration mechanism, proposing to optimize the resource integration path from three dimensions: organizational guarantee, institutional guarantee, and technological guarantee. It innovatively combines the characteristics of private higher vocational education with the needs of rural industries, and constructs a “policy technology management” collaborative resource integration framework. The feasibility of this framework is verified through case analysis, and the conclusion shows that this mechanism can significantly improve resource utilization efficiency, provide strong support for returning home entrepreneurship, and assist in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies.
