摘要: 为有效解决高职毕业生就业难等问题,提升其就业创业竞争力,该文基于产教融合理论,简要阐述了这一理论对高职学生就业创业的影响,对制约提升高职学生就业创业竞争力的因素加以分析,并从汇聚政企校三方合力、加强创新创业教育、分析行业与企业需求、优化就业指导服务等方面,深入探索提升高职学生就业竞争力的实践路径,旨在帮助高职学生精准把握行业发展趋势,科学规划职业生涯,不断提升专业技能和职业素养,最终实现高质量就业创业的目标。

Abstract: In order to effectively solve the problem of difficult employment for vocational college graduates and enhance their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship, this article is based on the theory of industry education integration. It briefly elaborates on the impact of this theory on the employment and entrepreneurship of vocational college students, analyzes the factors that restrict the improvement of their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship, and explores the practical path to enhance their competitiveness in employment from the perspectives of gathering the three parties of government, enterprise, and school, strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education, analyzing industry and enterprise needs, optimizing employment guidance services, etc. The aim is to help vocational college students accurately grasp industry development trends, scientifically plan their careers, continuously improve their professional skills and professional qualities, and ultimately achieve high-quality employment and entrepreneurship goals.
