Research on the Path of Integrated Development of Open Education and Vocational Education under the Background of High Quality Development

摘要: 开放教育与职业教育在教学目标上具有一致性,在教学内容上具有互补性,二者融合发展能够充分发挥开放教育与职业教育的优势,培养高技能应用型人才。在高质量发展背景下,研究开放教育与职业教育融合发展具有独特的理论价值和实践空间。该文首先分析了开放教育与职业教育融合发展的可行性与必要性,其次从教学内容、教学资源、教学团队、专业设置和提升通道5个方面提出二者融合发展的主要路径,最后分析了路径应用的实践成效,为推动教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链精准对接提供理论参考与实践范式。

Abstract: Open education and vocational education have consistency in teaching objectives and complementarity in teaching content. The integrated development of the two can fully leverage the advantages of open education and vocational education, and cultivate high skilled applied talents. In the context of high-quality development, studying the integration of open education and vocational education has unique theoretical value and practical space. This article first analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the integrated development of open education and vocational education. Secondly, it proposes the main paths for the integrated development of the two from five aspects: teaching content, teaching resources, teaching teams, professional settings, and improvement channels. Finally, the practical effects of the path application are analyzed, providing theoretical references and practical paradigms for promoting the precise docking of the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain.
