人力资源管理课程与市场营销场景的适配性改革研究——基于项目驱动式教学与对分课堂的融合实践

摘要: 在应用型人才培养目标下,市场营销专业学生对人力资源管理课程的需求逐渐从理论认知转向实践应用。针对传统教学中理论与实践脱节、教学场景与营销岗位不匹配、学生主体性不足等问题,该文创新融合项目驱动式教学与对分课堂模式,通过重构教学目标、设计项目活动模块、创新教学过程以及建设教学资源,实现人力资源管理知识与市场营销场景的适配。教学试点显示:改革后学生在市场营销场景下分析并解决人力资源管理问题的能力提升,课程与市场营销岗位人才需求的匹配度显著提高,可为复合型营销人才培养及同类课程改革提供参考。

Abstract: Under the goal of applied talent cultivation, the demand of marketing majors for the Human Resource Management course has gradually shifted from theoretical cognition to practical application. Aiming at the problems in traditional teaching, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, the mismatch between teaching scenarios and marketing positions, and the insufficient subject status of students, this paper innovatively integrates the project-driven teaching and PAD Class models. By reconstructing teaching objectives, designing project activity modules, innovating teaching processes, and developing teaching resources, it realizes the adaptation of human resource management knowledge to marketing scenarios. Teaching pilots show that after the reform, students' ability to analyze and solve human resource management problems in marketing scenarios has been improved, and the matching degree between the course and the talent needs of marketing positions has been significantly enhanced, which provides a reference for the cultivation of interdisciplinary marketing talents and the reform of similar courses.
