住院医师临床基本技能教学能力的探索

Exploration of the Teaching Ability of Clinical Basic Skills for Resident Physicians

摘要: 目的 探索参加住院医师规范化培训的高年级住院医师开展临床基本技能教学的效果。方法 选择桂林市人民医院新入培的住院医师30名,随机平均分为两组作为培训对象。两组分别接受高年级住院医师及临床教师的培训,培训结束后比较两组临床基本技能的考核成绩并进行问卷调查。结果 两组在内科、外科、护理、急救基本技能的考核成绩间没有统计学差异(P>0.05),低年级住院医师对于高年级住院医师、临床教师的教学效果满意度之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 高年级住院医师对低年级住院医师进行临床基本技能教学可以达到理想的教学效果。

Abstract: Objective Explore the effectiveness of teaching clinical basic skills to senior resident physicians who participate in standardized training for resident physicians. Method Select 30 newly enrolled resident physicians from Guilin People's Hospital and randomly divide them into two groups as training subjects. Two groups received training from senior resident physicians and clinical teachers respectively. After the training, the assessment scores of the two groups'basic clinical skills were compared and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Result There was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in the assessment scores of basic skills in internal medicine, surgery, nursing, and first aid between the two groups. There was also no statistically significant difference (P>0.05) in the satisfaction of lower grade resident physicians with the teaching effectiveness of higher grade resident physicians and clinical teachers. Conclusion Senior resident physicians can achieve ideal teaching results by teaching clinical basic skills to junior resident physicians.
