混合现实技术在脊柱外科临床教学中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Mixed Reality Technology in Clinical Teaching of Spinal Surgery

摘要: 目的 探讨混合现实技术在脊柱外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 纳入2023年9月至2025年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院骨科实习的132位郑州大学临床医学专业本科生,随机分为对照组(传统教学)和实验组(基于混合现实技术教学),每组66人。实施4周教学后,结合两组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩、总成绩及教学满意度评价两种方法的教学效果。结果 实验组学生的理论成绩、操作成绩和综合成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组的教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 混合现实技术能有效提升脊柱外科临床教学效果,提高学生操作技能、学习积极性及满意度,具有显著应用优势。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of mixed reality technology in clinical teaching of spinal surgery. Method 132 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from Zhengzhou University who interned in orthopedics at The First Affiliated Nosp,tal of zhengzhou University from September 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (traditional teaching) and an experimental group (based on mixed reality technology teaching), with 66 students in each group. After implementing a 4-week teaching program, the teaching effectiveness was evaluated by combining the theoretical scores, operational scores, overall scores, and teaching satisfaction of two groups of students. Result The theoretical, operational, and comprehensive scores of the experimental group students were significantly better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). The experimental group showed significantly higher satisfaction with teaching compared to the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Mixed reality technology can effectively improve the clinical teaching effectiveness of spinal surgery, enhance students' operational skills, learning enthusiasm, and satisfaction, and has significant application advantages.
