摘要: 该文针对高职院校现场工程师培养的校企协同育人机制展开研究,聚焦当前产教融合存在的核心问题,提出优化策略。一是构建“风险共担—利益共享”长效机制,通过订单班、产业学院股份制改革强化企业内生动力;二是以数字化赋能,利用虚拟仿真、区块链等技术实现跨时空协同教学与动态数据优化;三是建立“全要素协同、全流程融合、动态化迭代”的育人生态,推动课程与企业技术标准同步更新,培养兼具技术应用与创新能力的现场工程师,助力制造业高质量发展。

Abstract: This article conducts research on the school enterprise collaborative education mechanism for on-site engineer training in vocational colleges, focusing on the core issues of current industry education integration and proposing optimization strategies. One is to establish a long-term mechanism of“risk sharing benefit sharing”, and strengthen the endogenous driving force of enterprises through the reform of order classes and industrial colleges'shareholding system; The second is to empower with digitalization, utilizing technologies such as virtual simulation and blockchain to achieve cross temporal collaborative teaching and dynamic data optimization; The third is to establish an educational ecosystem of“full element collaboration, full process integration, and dynamic iteration”, promote the synchronous updating of courses and enterprise technical standards, cultivate on-site engineers with both technical application and innovation capabilities, and assist in the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
